We worship Rama Tulasi and Krishna Tulasi.
Kapur Tulasi and Van Tulasi are misnomers. They are not really Tulasi and so we do not worship them. In the west, there are many types of basils such as African basil, Italian basil etc.
All Tulasis are basils but not all basils are Tulasi.
